Festival Cooking Demos

Join us under the seaside gazebo on Saturday, June 16 for our ever popular cooking demos beginning at 12:30pm.

 

Schedule as follows:

 

12:30pm Chef Jonathan Frazier, Atlas Cafe, Courtenay – Qualicum Bay Scallop Ceviche with Avocado, grape tomato salad and seedy crisps

1:45pm Chef Nick Keating, Flying Canoe West Coast Pub, Courtenay – Mac’s Clam Linguine con le Vongole

3:00 pm Chef Wes Erikson, fisherman – BBQ’d Pacific Halibut

4:15pm Chef Garrett Schack, Vista 18, Victoria – TBA

 

Entry to each demo is $2 and includes a sampler and recipe card.
